The Virtual Training Studio (VTS) is a freely available drag-and-drop tool for creating low-bandwidth interactive learning materials, compatible with both web and local viewing. It has been developed as a part of the VTShost.com free e-learning project.

By setting a new, open and freely available standard for creating computerised interactive teaching material, VTS allows the interface to be platform- and storage-media independent. This means that teaching material can be viewed both directly over the Internet as well as from CDs, hard drives or local area networks.
